After your confirmation in the app, the payment will be released to the tradesperson.
You will receive an offer with the exact price. Only after your approval will anything else be initiated.
You pay into a secure account, not directly to the craftsman. The money remains in custody until the work is completed.
The craftsman completes the work and takes a photo of the result. The images are compared with the initial state so that you can verify that the task has been completed.
The payment will be released to the craftsman only after your confirmation in the app. Until then, it remains in escrow.

Who is Enestu and how do payments work?
Enestu is a technology and commercial intermediary that connects property owners with vetted tradespeople. Payments and the release of funds from escrow are processed by Stripe as a licensed payment service provider in accordance with PSD2. Transfers are made via the SEPA network. Enestu is not a bank or payment institution and does not directly handle your funds.
